Guest Policy
- * Guests below 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- * Non-government-issued IDs are not accepted as valid proof of identity.
- * All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

Payment Policy
- * We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, UPI, and cash.
- * Full payment for the entire stay, including room charges and applicable taxes, must be made at check-in.

- * Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date and time are eligible for a 100% refund.
- * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in date and time will incur 100% cancellation charges.
